Following a consultation with our Health and Safety Advisors we operate strict adult to child ratios at our swimming pools.
A parent or guardian must be aged 16 years or over and must both accompany and constantly supervise the child / children in their care. Under 4 year olds must wear a swim aid, these include Arm bands, Bobbin jacket, trainer seat.
Public Swim sessions - An open swim with no lane ropes for customers of all abilities and ages.
During Public Swim sessions under 4 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in a ratio of 1:2.

During Public Swim sessions 4-7 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in a ratio of 1:3.

During Public Swim sessions 8-11 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in a ratio of 1:5.

Wild ‘n’ Wet sessions - A public swim with floats, rings and music. Aimed at 8+ or parent and child. Adults are allowed in this session if accompanying a child.
During Wild ‘n’ Wet sessions under 4 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in a ratio of 1:1.

During Wild ‘n’ Wet sessions 4-7 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in a ratio of 1:2.
