A valid shop smart card must be shown on application of free membership
Free Centre membership will only be issued if the applicant has not had a live membership with Tandridge Trust in the previous 3 months.

Membership will start from the date of application and will run for 2 consecutive months. Tandridge Trust reserves the right to withdraw/change the offer at any time.
