Exercise Referral

Patients can be referred by their doctor to us for exercise. Our Exercise Referral Instructor, Jacky Coates, will analyse a client’s medical condition and design a programme specific to their needs. Additionally, you will receive supervised gym sessions during your visits to the Centre.
