Hi, I am Nathan Cooper, I have been here at de Stafford for over 8 months now. I have worked with many people with various fitness levels and different goals. I am a big sports fan (especially football), so this is one of my strong points, as I have qualifications in sports specific training. I am very determined to help individuals reach their fitness goals. I believe personal training helps you to effectively achieve your goals, help motivate and best of all keep you interested with a variety of different training methods.

Hi I’m Claire Gater I have been working at de Stafford Sports Centre as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor for nearly 2 years.
I enjoy working one to one with people and believe that personal training can be a huge benefit, whether helping you to reach that goal you have always dreamed of or even to just boost your confidence within the gym environment.
I have trained a number of different people at both centres, both indoors and out, using a variety of methods to get them to where they want to be. I like to set realistic targets over the course of time people train with me, in order to keep them motivated and to ensure they are heading in the right direction. I keep my sessions fun and interesting, introducing new exercises and ideas each time. Feel free to give me a call or come for a chat if you are interested in booking a free consultation with me.
Whether you want to drop a dress size or two, build up your muscle or even improve your fitness for a specific sport, I am here to help!

Hi I’m Tim Marshall and I’m a Personal Trainer for Tandridge Trust. I’ve been involved in sports and fitness since I was 8 when I started playing football before going to a school big on sports. I represented my school at Athletics, Hockey, Cricket, Cross Country and my main sport, Rugby. I also have an interest in a wider variety of sports from American Football to Golf and beyond.
I have been a Personal Trainer since January 2012 however I’ve worked in the fitness industry since I joined Tandridge Trust in March 2011. I have been involved with gyms and training since I was 14 and have gathered a vast wealth of knowledge from co-professionals and fitness coaches.
My aim is to make personal training interesting, informative for the client, fun and most of all about helping you achieve your maximum potential. I believe that working hard is the best way to achieve results and I train regularly myself. I always make sure I try out new exercises in my own training before I use them in my personal training sessions so I’ll never ask you to do something that I haven’t tried myself.
So if you are looking to lose weight for a wedding, gain muscle and strength or train for a specific sport or event and have fun doing it, then please feel free to chat to me in the gym.

Hey, I’m Ben Stubbs and I’ve been a Personal Trainer across both sites at de Stafford Sports Centre and Tandridge Leisure Centre since 2005.
I have a wide range of fitness qualifications; Premier Training Level 3, Nutrition, Power Plate Level 1 & 2, Bosu trainer, Boxercise and Kick-Boxercise, Speed, Agility and Quickness.
I love challenging myself and seeing how much I can push my own fitness level. I have completed the Triple Peaks in 24 hours (climbing the 3 highest mountains in England) and I challenged myself to a London to Paris cycle ride. I believe in training hard and being strong mentally because you'll be able to believe in yourself and achieve your goals. I teach my clients motivation techniques to help them achieve this.
If you want a new challenge, anything from giving yourself the ‘gym buzz’ feel good factor to training for your first marathon, please pop by and say hello to me!
