Try something a little bit different! We offer a number of dance classes across our two sites, including the hugely popular Zumba® and Adult Ballet. Dancing not only improves your co-ordination and cognitive skills but also improves cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, flexibility and posture.

Dance Beats: Learn all types of dance styles from street and jazz to theatre musicals in this funky dance class suitable for both men and women from 16 - 60.
Latin Rhythms/Latin Aerobics: A class combining elegant movements and beautiful music, improving co-ordination, fitness and confidence.
Urban Grooves: A dance class that combines hip hop and street dance moves, creating an exciting and fun workout.
Urban Funk ‘n’ Fever: A combination of hip-hop, street dance an aerobics, an effective workout boosting confidence, co-ordination and balance.
ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves for an hour of calorie burning, body energising fun. It’s the best party around!
