Do you want a work out that means you don’t have to get too hot and sweaty? Are you pregnant, recovering from an injury or new to exercise and not sure what exercise you can do? Then come and try our Aqua Fit classes.
Exercising in the water has proven to safely improve muscle strength and endurance, increase cardio fitness and bone density and helps reduce the risk of injury all without putting strain on your joints and in the privacy of the water.
However, don’t take aqua too lightly, as there is plenty of opportunity to work hard! And you don’t need to be able to swim, as all classes cater for those who are non-swimmers.
Did you know? You could burn between 200-400 calories in a one hour Aqua class.
Aqua: Water-based workouts. Safe, gentle & fun.
Aqua Fit: A fun, water-aerobic workout to music, improving muscular strength and tone.
Aqua 50: Suitable for non-swimmers, improve muscle strength and overall fitness. A stress-free, low impact workout.
Aqua Zumba: this class integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. A safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating!
