Health and Fitness

At Tandridge Trust we understand that Health and Fitness means different things to different people. As individuals, we all have different aspirations when it comes to our health and fitness levels. Some of us may just want to be healthier in day to day life, making things such as walking to and from the shops that little bit easier, whilst others may be training for a specific event, such as a competitive run or cycle ride. We have many activities within the centres that will help and assist you reach these goals, all at very competitive rates, with no joining fee and no contracts.
