Tandridge Trust has an enthusiastic team of staff, who manage de Stafford Sports Centre and Tandridge Leisure Centre. Tandridge Trust also provides drama and dance courses and swimming and sports courses plus a fun-packed holiday activity programme. When visiting our centres or attending a Tandridge Trust activity, customers will immediately be aware that Tandridge Trust staff are ‘customer focused’ and work as a team providing the ultimate in safety, quality and value for money. Many staff are enhanced CRB checked and First Aiders. At Tandridge Trust we value our customers’ opinions highly, since customer feedback is an essential part of improving and innovating our leisure service.

Tandridge Trust was created on 1 September 2000 when the Tandridge District Council decided to transfer its leisure services into a ‘not for profit’ community benefit organisation. We view the company as a social enterprise as we manage and develop our business with a view to creating trading surpluses, which are reinvested back into enhancing and improving the quality of leisure opportunities and building community capacity. Tandridge Trust is registered with the FSA in England, registered number 29100R and the registered address is Tandridge Leisure Centre, Hoskins Road, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9HT.

Tandridge Trust is governed by a Board of Directors which includes provision for staff members, co-opted community representative, the Managing Director (ex officio) and for two council nominees. The Managing Director is supported by the Deputy Managing Director and the team of Senior Managers, the Business Managers, Co-ordinators, Officers and Assistants.
